Ownership
After having completed his high school education, Albertus van Zyl qualified himself at the Cape Technikon (1988 - 1991). He achieved both the National Diploma and National Higher Diploma in building surveying, having also fulfilled the required period of practical locum training.
Albertus van Zyl thereafter fully qualified as a Quantity Surveyor. He is duly registered at The South African Council for Quantity Surveyors (Registration Number 2804). Having fulfilled all the academic and practical locum requirements as a Quantity Surveyor, Albertus van Zyl also qualified as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (Registration Number D/1036/2006).
